2. We coach you to develop your own plans.  We provide templates and instructions and coach a person through doing their own plan and review their work and progress.
3. Hourly as needed assistance.  Depending on how much assistance you require we could provide hourly consulting and give you some guidance and tips on how to do the plan yourself or review your final plan.
